Shri Kumaraswamy Para Medical Degree College
Having observed a deficit in the availability of trained nurses in North Karnataka region, Bharath Khandre established the Shri Kumaraswamy Paramedical Degree College, which offers DMLT & DHI in 2015. The vision of the Medical College is to provide competent personnel to the medical industry.
The college was named in honour of Shri Kumar Swamiji of Tapovan, Dharwad, who was a scholar and philosopher. A yogi, homeopath, poet and counsellor, he was also a master practitioner of alternate systems of medicine.
Our institution is attached to a hospital where our students receive practical training and guidance under the supervision of experienced faculty.
The medical field has excellent prospects for careers as there is a constant demand for trained paramedical staff not only in this country but also abroad. Admission to our courses is open to students who have achieved 50% in their SSLC/ 10th Standard examinations. Admission is available to both, female and male students.
